Refunds and Cancellation

All information, reports, content, and access rights purchased on FaithCode Technologies and delivered to users prior to receiving a cancellation request are non-refundable.

Refund for Chargeback Transactions

In the event there is any claim for or of chargeback by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach FaithCode Technologies with their claim details and request a refund directly from FaithCode Technologies.

Such refund (if any) shall be effected only by FaithCode Technologies via payment gateway, demand draft, or by any other method deemed appropriate by FaithCode Technologies.

No claims for refund or chargeback shall be made by any User to the Payment Service Provider(s), and any such claims shall not be entertained.

The term “Chargeback” shall mean approved and settled credit card or net banking purchase transaction(s) which are at any time refused, debited, or charged back to the merchant account (and shall also include similar debits to Payment Service Provider’s accounts, if any) by the acquiring bank or credit card company for any reason whatsoever, together with the bank fees, penalties, and other charges incidental thereto.

Refund for Fraudulent or Duplicate Transactions

The User shall directly contact FaithCode Technologies for any fraudulent transaction(s) resulting from misuse of card or bank details by an unauthorized individual or party. Such issues will be addressed by FaithCode Technologies in accordance with applicable rules and internal policies.
